Our office is at 18/4 in Adugodi, specifically in the Dattawadi area. Futuregenerali India Insurance is the name on the door, but we’re just a small local team here. The street outside can be a bit dusty when the wind picks up. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of shops nearby. We spend our days talking about insurance policies and helping people with their forms. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important to the folks who come in. The office layout is pretty basic. We have a few desks and a small area for people to sit while they wait. We try to keep the place tidy, but papers always seem to pile up no matter what we do. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re reading small print all day. We usually know when it’s lunch time because the smell of food from the nearby stalls starts drifting in. Most of the staff has been here for years. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s a lot of traffic on the main road, so we usually hear motorcycles and buses all afternoon. It’s a functional space for a functional business. We don't do fancy meetings or use big words. We just explain the insurance stuff so it makes sense. It’s a steady place to work and we have gotten used to the noise. Most days are pretty much the same.
