We’re located on the 3rd floor of the Pasadena building, right there on Ashoka Pillar Road in Jayanagar 1st Block. It’s a well-known spot, number 18/1, and easy to find if you know where the pillar is. This office is where we spend most of our hours, looking through papers and talking to people who walk through the door. It’s not a very large space, but it’s enough for the team we have here. Working in insurance means there’s always a lot of details to keep track of. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the desks get buried under files during the busier months. It’s a standard office setup—computers, some chairs for visitors, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. The view from the third floor isn't spectacular, but you can see the rhythm of the street below. We don't use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone who comes in. Usually, it’s just about sitting down and going through the forms together. Jayanagar is a nice area to be based in, with plenty of trees and places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the staff knows the neighborhood pretty well. It’s just a group of us trying to do a decent job every day without any extra drama or complicated corporate stuff. We just handle the policies and answer the phone as it rings.
