You can find us in Frazer Town on Robertson Road. Our office is on the first floor of building number 41396. It is an old part of town, and the stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow and steep. Once you get inside, you will see that we have used every inch of space to store surgical equipment and supplies. It is not a very large room, so we have to be organized, though it might not look that way to a visitor. The windows look out onto the street, and the noise from the traffic is constant. We have been operating from this same spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with orders to worry about that. Most of our work involves answering the phone and packing up boxes to be sent out. We do not have any fancy displays or a showroom. If someone wants to see a product, we just pull it out of a box on the shelf. The air in the room usually smells a bit like cardboard and disinfectant. It is a quiet place in terms of conversation, as we all just focus on what we are doing. We take a lunch break at the same time every day and usually bring food from home. It is a very basic, functional way to run a business, and it seems to work for us.
