Frank Antony Public School

We are located at No. 13 on Cambridge Road in Ulsoor. This part of Bangalore has a lot of history behind it, and our school is very much a part of that local story. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, though it does require a fair bit of upkeep and maintenance here and there to keep it looking okay. Being on Cambridge Road means we are quite central, which is very convenient for parents who are working in the middle of the city. The traffic around here can be a real nightmare sometimes, especially near the Ulsoor lake area, but we have all gotten used to the noise and the pace over the years. We do not have a polished or corporate image that we try to maintain. We are more of a traditional place where things are done a certain way because that is how they have always been done. The grounds have plenty of old trees, which really helps keep things cool and pleasant even when the city gets very hot in the summer months. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long from the classrooms. We do not go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy neon signs. Most people find us simply because their parents or even their grandparents went to school here. It is a busy, active school with a lot of noise during the break times. We just try to keep the benches sturdy and the blackboards clean for the next lesson.
