Our office is located at 155, Ii Cross in the UAS Layout of Sanjay Nagar. We’re right here in Bangalore, tucked away in a spot that’s mostly residential but has a few businesses like ours scattered around. Four D Management Consulting Pvt Ltd has been here for some time now. The building is a standard Bangalore house that we've converted into a working space. It’s got a bit of a garden in the front that we try to keep alive, though the sun usually wins. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our computers. We deal with management consulting, which sounds more complicated than it really is for us. We just help people figure out their business stuff. There’s no big sign out front, just a small one near the gate. We like the quiet of UAS Layout because it lets us focus. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog won’t stop barking, but you get used to that. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you show up, one of us will just get up and answer the door. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for the kind of people we are. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days looking through reports and talking to clients on the phone. It’s a practical, down-to-earth place to work, and we’re happy to be in this part of Karnataka. It feels like a real community here.
