Our place is located on 5th Cross here in Bangalore. It's a pretty busy area, but we’ve made it work for our food service operations. We spend most of our time coordinating different setups and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the paperwork done. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when there are multiple orders going out at once. We’ve been in this part of Karnataka for a while now. The team is mostly local folks who know the city well, which helps when we have to navigate the traffic to get things delivered. We don't really do much advertising; most of what we do comes from people just knowing we are here on the 5th Cross. We keep a close eye on the kitchen side of things even though we handle a lot of the service logistics too. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights depending on what’s needed. The neighbors are mostly other businesses and some houses, so we try not to be too loud with the vans. It’s just a standard operation, nothing like those big corporate places you see in the tech parks. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That's how it's been for a long time. It can be stressful, but we like the pace.
