Food Kraft

Food Kraft is based out of No.J1-102 in the Green Wood Regency complex. We are right there in Kaikondanahalli, which is a very busy stretch of Sarjapur Road these days. It is loud outside. Being near Wipro means the area is always full of people commuting and looking for a quick bite. Our setup is a bit different because we are inside the residential area, so it feels more personal. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, mostly dealing with the smells of tempering spices and fresh coriander. The traffic on Sarjapur Road is something we have to plan our whole day around. If we have a delivery, we have to leave much earlier than you’d think. It’s just how things are in this part of Bangalore. We are a small group of people who just enjoy the process of making meals. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it should. We handle a lot of orders for the people living in the nearby apartments. It’s nice because we get to know the regulars. Sometimes we run out of something and have to run down to the local market, but usually, we stay on top of things. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy job, but we’ve been doing it for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay consistent in our little corner of the building.
