Our place, Food Conceptts, is tucked away at 19, 2Nf Street in Gill Nagar. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of time in the back getting things ready. The kitchen is where everything happens, and it’s usually pretty warm and smells like whatever we are cooking that day. Gill Nagar is a nice area, mostly people just going about their daily lives. We moved into 2Nf Street a while back and have been doing our thing ever since. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy being around food. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. We mostly just focus on the ingredients and making sure things are done right. Some mornings we are here very early before anyone else in the street is awake. It’s quiet then and we can get a lot done. By the time the sun is up, the street starts to get a bit more lively. We have regular people who stop by just to say hello or see what we are working on. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple way to run a business and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
