Food Campus is located at Mathikere 16/4. It’s a pretty simple setup we’ve got here. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready before the first few people show up. The kitchen is where most of the work happens, and it’s usually humming with the sound of stoves and clinking plates. Mathikere is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve got a few tables and chairs, nothing fancy, just standard stuff that works. The walls are plain, and we don't spend much time worrying about the decorations. We mostly focus on getting the orders out on time. Some days the delivery drivers are lined up outside, and it gets a bit chaotic with all the helmets and bags. We try to keep things organized, but on a busy Tuesday, it’s a bit of a challenge. The lights inside are a little bright, but they help us see what we’re doing. We sweep up a couple of times a day because people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. We’re just a regular place where people come to eat when they’re hungry. No one stays too long, which is fine by us. We just keep the water jars filled and the menus clean. It’s a basic routine that keeps us busy from morning till night. Mathikere keeps us on our toes, and that’s just how the day goes at 16/4. It's just a place to eat really.
