We’ve been operating Food And You out of this spot on Koramangala Ioc Road 203 for a good while now. The address 203 is easy enough to find if you know where the turn-off is, but the traffic on IOC Road can be a real headache in the evenings. Our kitchen isn't the biggest, and it gets really hot when all the burners are going at the same time. You’ll usually find one of us standing near the back door just to get a bit of air. We have these big stainless steel tables that we spend half our lives cleaning. There’s always a delivery bike pulling up outside or someone knocking on the door to ask about an order. Koramangala is a busy place, so there’s never really a dull moment around here. We don't have any fancy signs or bright lights, just the name on the door and the smell of whatever we’re cooking that day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to scramble to keep things moving. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a food place in this part of town. By the end of the shift, we’re all pretty tired and the floor is covered in footprints, but we get it all cleaned up and do it again the next day.
