Focus Management

Focus Management is located in the 2nd Block of Jayanagar in Bangalore. Our address is 318 14th Cross. Jayanagar is a nice, green part of the city and we really like being based here. We do management work which involves a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone throughout the day. The office isn't very large but it fits our desks and the files we need to keep track of everything properly. We've been in this spot for quite a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when we are sorting through emails and planning out the rest of the week. It’s just a normal office where we try to stay organized and keep things moving. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit waiting at the door. If you come by, you'll probably see us buried in documents or on a call. Bangalore traffic can be a real pain, so we appreciate that our street is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes at the small local places nearby. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't bother with big speeches or long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at what needs to be managed and get it done. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. That is about all there is to say.
