You can find Focus Management Consultants over in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are at 766 16th Main, 14th Cross. Bangalore is full of consulting firms, but we just do our own thing in our little corner of the city. The office is a regular space where we meet and discuss different projects. It isn't anything fancy with glass walls or modern art. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the long afternoon. Consulting is mostly about listening and trying to figure out solutions for people, so that is what we spend most of our hours doing. BTM is a lively area with lots of students and shops, which makes it an interesting place to work. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on the 16th Main, but we manage somehow. We are just a small team trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or complicated charts if we can help it. We prefer to just talk plainly and get to the point of the problem quickly. Our days are filled with meetings, phone calls, and writing up reports for our clients. It's a steady rhythm that we've fallen into over the last few years. We like the local vibe of this neighborhood and don't see ourselves moving any time soon. Just a bunch of consultants working out of a house-turned-office.
