Focus Academy

You can find us over at Wheeler Road 42 in Frazer Town. Focus Academy is situated right near Shobhana Memorial School, which means there’s always a lot of activity around here when classes let out. The sound of school bells and kids shouting usually fills the air in the afternoons. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto this stretch of the road. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles from the morning sessions. We don’t have a big staff, so whoever is around usually handles everything from answering the door to cleaning up the chalk dust. Frazer Town has a specific vibe, old Bangalore style, and we like being tucked away in this part of the city. The rooms aren't huge, but they fit enough people to make things feel lively without being cramped. We spend a lot of time preparing for the day, often arriving when the sun is just coming up to get things organized. Sometimes the traffic on Wheeler Road makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but you get used to the honking after a while. It’s a plain, honest place where we focus on what needs to be taught. No plush carpets or designer furniture here, just the basics that we need to do our work properly. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded and focused on the people coming through our door.
