Flexiworks India Pvt Ltd is located right near the RVCE on Mysore Road. We’re actually at Bims Hostel No 8, which is a bit of a unique spot for an office, but it works for us. Bangalore 59 is a busy area, especially with all the students and the traffic on Mysore Road. You can always hear the buses and bikes going by outside. It’s not the quietest place, but it has a lot of energy. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some space where we keep all our equipment and files. It’s mostly just a few of us working together every day. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy logos on the walls. It’s just a room with some people trying to stay busy. Being opposite the college means there’s always something happening nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the road, so we have to plan our trips carefully. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We aren't trying to be some big global firm with polished floors. We just want a place where we can focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and handle the work as it comes in. Most days are pretty much the same around here, just work.
