Flexe Source

We are located in JP Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been here for a while now. Flexe Source isn't a massive corporation with a skyscraper. We have a more modest setup here. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and cafes opening up around us. Our space is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. We have a few desks and a couple of computers that have seen a lot of use. The decor is pretty basic—just white walls and some old calendars. We spend most of our day coordinating things and making sure everything is on track. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we usually just talk across the room if something needs to be sorted out. There’s a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. The power goes out occasionally, but we have a backup that keeps us going. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a decent place to spend the day. JP Nagar is a good base for us and it keeps us busy.
