We are over at C6 14 in the SBI Flats, right near Binnyston Garden on Magadi Road. Bangalore 23 is a busy part of the city, and being in a residential-style complex like this makes it feel a bit different than a standard office block. Flex I Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd is run out of this space. It's not a big corporate headquarters with a glass elevator. It is more like a lived-in space where we’ve set up some desks and computers. The garden nearby is nice for a quick walk when things get too loud inside. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to people and checking details. There is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. The commute along Magadi Road can be a nightmare with the traffic, so we usually arrive early or stay late to miss the worst of it. We have a small kitchen area where we eat lunch. It’s simple. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a big desk. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just looks up and says hello. It’s a low-key environment. We’ve got our routine down, and it works for us. Just a small team in a flat trying to keep things moving forward every day.
