Finance Anylist

This is Praveen S Malashetti’s place, operating under the name Finance Anylist. The office is actually located at the home of S M Malashetti in Yadwad, which is in the Gokak area of Belgaum district. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s where we do all our analysis work. The name on the papers has a bit of a typo in it, but we haven't bothered to change it because everyone knows what we do. We look at financial data and try to figure out where things are going wrong or right for people's small businesses. It’s a quiet life out here in Yadwad. Most of the day is spent looking at spreadsheets and printed reports. There aren't many other offices like this in the immediate area, so we get people coming in from the nearby villages. They want to know how their small shops are doing or if they should spend money on new equipment. We don’t have a lobby or fancy coffee machines. We usually just sit in the main room and go over the figures while having some local tea. It’s a very grounded way of working. We deal with real numbers from real people who are just trying to make a living. Belgaum is a nice place to work, and being out in a place like Gokak means we can actually focus on the details without too many distractions.
