Fidelity National Financial India is based in Jp Nagar 2nd Phase. We’re on the 15th Cross, right near the Brigade Millennium Road. If you are familiar with Bangalore 78, you know this part of town has seen a lot of change lately. There are always new shops opening up around here. Our office is a simple place where we get our work done every day. It’s not one of those glass towers, just a regular space in a busy area. Sometimes the noise from the road gets in, but we are used to it by now. The team usually grabs lunch at the small places around the corner. It is a good spot for us because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We have been here for a while and the landlord is a decent person. Inside, we have our desks set up and we spend the day on the phones or at the computers. It’s not a very quiet office, there’s always something going on. We don't really do much in the way of decoration, we just focus on the tasks at hand. Rajeshjs is the name associated with our specific spot here. Dealing with financial stuff keeps us quite occupied from morning until evening. It’s a basic setup but it works for us. We see a lot of people walking by on their way to the bigger apartment complexes. It feels like a real part of the city. We like it here.
