Federal Financials is over in Bangalore at 250 S8 Cauvery Road. We are in the Girinagar I Phase area which is a decent part of the city to be in. Bangalore is known for being a tech hub but our corner in Girinagar feels a bit more like a real neighborhood. The pin code is 560085 for anyone wondering. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle financial matters and paperwork. It is not one of those high rise glass buildings you see in other parts of Bangalore. We are on Cauvery Road in a building that feels more personal. Inside it is mostly just desks and computers and the sound of people talking on phones or working through spreadsheets. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or posters about being the best. We just do the work that comes across our desks every day. The team is small and we all know each other well which makes the workday go by a bit faster. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when we need a break. It is a very normal way to run things. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized without all the corporate fluff that usually comes with financial companies. Being in Bangalore means we deal with the traffic and the changing weather but we are quite happy with our spot here in Girinagar.
