Fast Track Caterers

We are located at No.29, over in Thimma Reddy Layout, which is part of the Kagdaspura extension. If you know C V Raman Nagar, you know it’s a mix of houses and offices. Being on the 1st Main and 1st Cross, we are right in the middle of it all. It’s a busy spot. We started Fast Track Caterers because we liked the idea of feeding people around here. The kitchen is always moving. In the morning, it’s all about the prep work—chopping onions, peeling ginger, and getting the big pots ready. We don't have a corporate office or a sales team; it’s just us and the stoves. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, or a supplier is late with the lentils, but we always find a way. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately with more people moving into the apartments nearby. We see a lot of the same faces walking past our gate every day. It’s a practical business. We cook, we pack, and we send it out. There’s no secret to it, just staying organized and making sure the salt is right. We do a lot of local events, nothing too huge, just family stuff and small office parties. It can be exhausting when we have three orders going at once, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We’re just local people making food for other local people in our community. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
