Fast Food Restaraunt

This place is right on K V Temple Street, specifically at Balepet Cross 475 in Kumbalagodu. It’s been here for a while now. We keep the doors open from early morning until the evening. The name Fast Food Restaraunt is exactly what it says on the sign. We handle a lot of orders for people who are just passing through the 3rd Cross area. It’s a dusty street sometimes, but it stays busy. My uncle started this and then I took over helping out. We have a few tables but most people just stand and eat quickly before heading back to work. The stove is almost always going. We make things that are quick to serve because nobody has time to wait around here. Sometimes the floor needs an extra sweep because of all the feet coming in and out. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the traffic and the temple bells from down the road. We get our supplies from the local vendors nearby. Nothing is frozen for long. We just make what is needed for the day and close up when it’s gone. It's a plain shop with white tiles. We don't do much decorating. The focus is just on getting the food out fast. It’s a tough business but we are used to the pace by now. We don't have any fancy machines, just our hands and some heat. It works for us.
