Fairozulla Khan Caterers

Fairozulla Khan Caterers is based at Shivaji Nagar Dudheshwar 10B. Shivaji Nagar is always moving and very crowded, which keeps us on our toes. My name is Fairozulla and I run this small catering setup. We have been at this address for a long time. The space is not very big, but we make it work with what we have. Our main thing is cooking for local events and parties. We are known around Dudheshwar for our biryani and other local dishes. Every morning we have to go to the market early to get the best meat and vegetables. If you are late, you get the leftovers, and we do not want that. We do not have a big office with air conditioning. We spend most of our time in the back where the big stoves are. It is messy and loud, but that is how a real kitchen is. We do not wear uniforms, just regular clothes that we do not mind getting a bit of grease on. People know they can find us at 10B if they need food for a function. We do not do any fancy promotions. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for years. It is a tough job and the hours are very long. But we are just local guys doing what we know how to do. We keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through our door.
