Facto Technology Private Limited is based in HBR Layout, and you can find us at C/O P K Ravi, 44, 1st Cross, 1st Block, 1st Stage. This part of Bangalore, near Lingarajapura, has grown a lot lately. Our office is tucked away on the first cross, which is mostly residential houses with a few small businesses like ours mixed in. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don’t have a massive sign or a fancy lobby. It's really just a house that’s been converted into a working space for our tech team. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of power strips. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we usually have some music playing softly in the background while we work. Mr. Ravi’s place has been a good spot for us to set up shop. We deal with various technical tasks and projects throughout the week. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times we’re all scratching our heads over a bug for hours. Lunch usually involves someone going out to pick up rolls or biryani for everyone. It’s a simple way to run a company, without any of the corporate ego you find in the big IT parks. We just like the quiet of HBR Layout and the fact that we can get our work done without too much fuss or distraction.
