Face Academy

Face Academy is located at No 374 in the Sri Krishna Rukmini Complex. We are on 9th Main Road, 5th Cross in R T Nagar, Bangalore. We are easy to spot because we are right above the Citibank ATM. R T Nagar is a very lively neighborhood, and there is always something happening on the street below. Our space in the complex is pretty straightforward. We have a few classrooms and a small area where we keep our records. The building is older, so the corridors are a bit narrow and the stairs are quite steep. We’ve got some whiteboards and a lot of markers that always seem to be running out. The noise from the main road comes in, but we have gotten used to it over time. It’s a practical place to be because there are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a few minutes for the backup to kick in. We don’t have any fancy lighting or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place where we do our work and meet with people. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it feels very much like a community spot. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything runs as smoothly as it can in a busy Bangalore block.
