Expera India Pvt Ltd is based out of a building on 3 Linden Street in Austin Town. If you are familiar with Bangalore, specifically the Ky Palyam area, you probably know the streets are a bit narrow and always have something going on. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Our day-to-day involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and managing various projects for the company. It’s a typical office environment where people drink too much tea and talk about the weather while getting their work done. Bangalore is the hub for this kind of thing, so we fit right in with the rest of the businesses in the 47 postal code. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It is just a practical workspace where we can focus on what needs doing. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent service and keep our clients happy with the results we deliver. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just come in, do the tasks, and go home. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us. Most of our work is done on computers, so we don't need much space.
