Evergreen Masala Products

Evergreen Masala Products is located on the first floor at No. 76 in Munireddy Layout. It is a busy little neighborhood in Mahadev Pura. Being on the first floor means we are constantly carrying bags and supplies up and down the stairs, which is quite a workout every day. We make various masala mixes right here. The whole floor usually smells like a mix of turmeric, chili, and cumin. Sometimes the spice dust in the air makes us sneeze, but you get used to it after working here for a while. We started this business because we knew people around here wanted their spices to be fresh and local. We do not use any massive industrial machines that take up the whole room, just enough equipment to get the grind right. The layout is mostly residential, so we have to be mindful not to make too much noise during the early mornings or late nights. Our neighbors are good people and they often stop by to see what we are grinding that day. It is a small operation with just a few workers and myself. We spend most of our time weighing out the powders and sealing the packets. It is honest, practical work and it feels good to see the finished bags ready for the market. We do not have a website or fancy marketing, we just work from our spot in Mahadev Pura.
