Esol Hr Services

Esol Hr Services is located in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. We are over on 15th Main Road in the 3rd Y Block. The office is actually care of Deepak I Shah, at 7 2. It’s a busy part of Bangalore with lots of shops and houses all mixed together. We do HR work, which mostly means we spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. It’s a small office, nothing too grand. We have some filing cabinets and a few desks where we sit and make calls. Rajajinagar has a very local feel to it, and we like being part of that. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is nice. Our day usually starts with a bunch of emails and it doesn't really slow down until the evening. We aren't a giant recruitment firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here trying to help people find where they fit. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People know us as the place to go if they have questions about hiring or finding work. We don't use any complicated systems, just honest work and talking to people one on one. It’s a basic setup that works for us, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when things get busy.
