Ernst Young

You can find our Ernst Young team at 36 4th Cross, 17th B Main, right in the middle of 5th Block Koramangala. It is one of those parts of Bangalore that never really sleeps. There are cafes and shops all around us, which makes finding lunch easy but finding a parking spot for a scooter nearly impossible. The office is in a regular building on a busy street. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the constant buzz outside. Inside, it is just the usual setup of desks, chairs, and stacks of folders. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks. It is just a place to sit down and work on the tasks at hand. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because it gets quite stuffy in this part of town during the day. Most of us take turns making tea in the small pantry we have. We know the shopkeepers on the 4th cross by name now. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work somehow. It feels very grounded and real, not like those polished offices you see in magazines. We just focus on the paperwork and the meetings without any extra fluff. It is a busy, functional spot in a very lively neighborhood. We deal with the noise and the crowds because it is just where we are set up and it works.
