Ernst Young

Ernst Young is based over in JP Nagar, specifically in the Bangalore 78 area. It’s a busy part of town, as anyone who lives in Bangalore can tell you. There is always something going on outside the windows. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the streets here. Our office isn't one of those massive skyscrapers you see in the tech parks. We prefer being in a more established residential and commercial mix like JP Nagar. It feels a bit more grounded. The team here is small. We spend most of our time at our desks just working through whatever is on the schedule for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of being in the city. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just try to be consistent. It’s a good spot because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this area, but we’re still here. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or polished speeches. We just talk like regular people and do the work that comes our way. It’s a simple setup, nothing more and nothing less. We are just glad to have a roof over our heads and a place to focus.
