You can find us at Thekke Attathu House, right near the Hospital Junction in Kundara. Being here in Kollam, Kerala, means things are a little bit slower compared to the big cities, but we still stay pretty busy. Our office is in a traditional-style house that we’ve converted for our needs. It has a lot of character, though the roof sometimes makes noise when the wind picks up. We are located right by the junction, so there is always some activity happening outside. We can hear the buses and cars passing by all day. Inside, we have set up our workstations in the different rooms. It doesn't look like your typical corporate office with cubicles. It feels more like a home where people happen to be working on spreadsheets and documents. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes take our breaks. The team here is small, and we all know each other well. There is no hierarchy to worry about; we just divide the work and get to it. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news during our lunch breaks. It’s a quiet, honest way to spend the day. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the work that comes through the door and try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone involved. Sometimes the rain gets quite loud on the roof tiles.
