We are situated in a bit of a different spot for Ericsson India P Ltd. Our address is in Village Bhakroi, Post Sonai, in the Mathura district of UP. Since we are in a village area, it’s a lot different from the big city offices. It’s much more rural and the pace is a bit different, though the work still needs to be done. We operate out of a simple building that doesn't look like much from the road. Inside, it’s just the basics—desks, some chairs, and our equipment. We spend a lot of time out in the field around Mathura, so the office is more of a home base where we regroup. It’s not polished or fancy at all. There’s often dust from the nearby fields, and we just deal with it. The people working here are local, and we take pride in getting things done without any fuss. We don’t have big titles or complicated rules. It’s about making sure the tech works for the people in this district. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of place. We don't use big words or have long speeches. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a real, hardworking environment that fits the local setting perfectly. We prefer it this way.
