Ergonia Technology Private Limited

You’ll find Ergonia Technology over in Thalaghattapura, specifically at B-001 in the Metrotech Forest View building. It’s near BSK 6th Stage. It’s actually a pretty nice area with a bit more greenery than the center of the city. Our office is on the ground floor, which is handy because we don't have to wait for the elevator. We are just a small crew working on various tech projects. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking through problems. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to do our jobs well and get home to our families. The space is pretty basic. We have some desks, a whiteboard that’s mostly covered in old scribbles, and a kettle that gets used a lot. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that's just how it is. We aren't corporate people with rehearsed speeches. We speak plainly to each other and to the people we work with. If a project is hard, we say it’s hard. We don't sugarcoat things. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years and we've seen it grow. Being out here in Thalaghattapura is a bit quieter, which helps us focus. It’s a decent place to work without all the noise of the main roads. We just keep our heads down and work.
