Our office is at Chez No Us 165, which is right on 1st Cross, 4th Main in Viveknagar. This is in Bangalore, 560047. Equis India Real Estate Pvt Ltd is the name on the board, but we just think of it as our workspace in the city. Viveknagar is an interesting area. It’s got a lot of character and it’s quite central. The building we are in is a bit older. You have to navigate the narrow streets to find us, which can be tricky if you’re driving. We spend our days here dealing with real estate matters. The office is fairly simple. We have a few desks pushed together and some chairs for visitors. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. The walls are a plain off-white and there’s usually a calendar from three years ago still hanging up somewhere. We like the local feel of being on 1st Cross. You see the same faces every morning at the tea stall nearby. It’s a good place to be based. We don't worry about being the most modern office in Bangalore. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. The paperwork piles up sometimes, but we eventually get through it. It’s just us doing our thing in Viveknagar.
