Epro Manpower Consulting is located at No 173 on the 1St Main Road in Kempegowdanagar, right here in Bangalore. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while, and it’s always a busy place to be no matter the time of day. Our office is pretty modest. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of chairs for people who come in to talk about job opportunities. We spend most of our day meeting with people and trying to figure out where they might fit best in the workforce. It’s a lot of conversation and a lot of listening. We don't use any fancy psychological tests or complicated software. We just talk to people like regular human beings and try to get a sense of what they can actually do. Bangalore is a big city with a lot of people looking for work, so we stay pretty busy from Monday to Friday. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded and the noise from the street can be a distraction, but we just roll with it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished corporate image.
