We’re located at No.16 in the Bhadrappa Estate, which is just off Magadi Main Road. It’s an industrial patch of Bangalore that stays busy from early morning. Our work is a bit more fiddly than the neighbors because we deal with instruments and control panels. There are always small wires, circuit boards, and testing tools spread across the workbenches. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to drop a contact lens. We spend hours squinting at screens and making sure the sensors are reading correctly. Sometimes a piece of equipment doesn't want to cooperate, and we end up staying late to figure out why. The traffic on Magadi Road is usually a mess, so we try to get our shipping done early if we can. We have a small crew and we’ve all been doing this for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. There’s no corporate dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for working with electronics. The office is tucked in the back and it’s mostly full of old manuals and spare components. It’s a practical setup for people who like to build and fix things. We don't do much talking about goals or visions, we just focus on making sure the boxes we send out actually work the way they’re supposed to. If something breaks, we just take it apart and see what happened.
