Our office is tucked away at 61/2 Ganganagar 2nd Cross in the Kamaraj Layout, just near St Johns Road. It’s a residential-feeling area that’s surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the main roads. Enlist India is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of resumes. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to people about jobs or checking in with companies. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or glass walls. It feels more like a house that’s been turned into a workspace. There’s a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where most of our planning happens. The floorboards creak a little in the hallway. We see a lot of different people coming through the door, all looking for something new. Sometimes we have more candidates than we know what to do with, and other times it’s a bit slow. We just keep filing the folders and making the calls. It’s a simple operation. We don’t use any complicated systems, just some spreadsheets and a lot of memory. Being in Ganganagar is nice because there are good lunch spots within walking distance. It’s a decent place to spend the day, just trying to help people find a spot where they fit. We don't complicate things more than they need to be.
