Empower Research

We are over at P 58 in the 9 A Main area of Jeevan Bhima Nagar. It's a decent spot in Bangalore, though the XII Sector can get a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. Empower Research has been set up here for a while now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s got a bit of a neighborhood vibe. We handle research tasks, mostly looking at numbers and reports all day. It isn't the most exciting work for everyone, but we don't mind it. The office stays pretty organized, though there are always stacks of paper somewhere that need sorting and filing. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just bring lunch from home or go to the small shops around the corner for a quick bite. The street can get noisy with the traffic and the local shops, but once you’re inside, it’s fine. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem, we just talk it through and fix it. No big meetings that last for hours. We just want to get through our list of tasks and head home to our families in the evening. It’s a practical place to work. You won’t find any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and people trying to do a solid day's work in this part of Bangalore. We keep things moving and don't make a big fuss about things.
