Empower Research

Empower Research is based out of C 2 Casa Lavelle on Lavelle Road. It's a busy part of Bangalore, usually pretty crowded with cars and people heading to work. We spend most of our days here looking into things, doing the research that comes our way. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates like it does around here, but we manage. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes in. It’s a good spot because there are places to grab a quick tea or some food nearby when we need a break. We handle a lot of data and paperwork. It can get quiet when everyone is focusing, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. The building itself has been there a while and has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. We aren't trying to change the world overnight or anything, we just show up and do what is needed for the day. If you find yourself on Lavelle Road, you’ve probably passed by us without even noticing. We have our routine down. It’s a mix of younger people and some who have been doing this for years. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects on our desks. It’s just regular work in a regular office in Bangalore 01. Nothing more to it than that. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door.
