Empire Food Court Pure Veg

We are set up in the Gopal Reddy Building over in Somasandra Palya. If you know where the Government School is in HSR Layout, we are right across from it. Empire Food Court is strictly pure veg. We don’t mix anything else in our kitchen. It’s a simple setup where we focus on providing meals to the people living and working around here. HSR Layout has become so busy lately, but our corner feels a bit more like a local community. We get a lot of kids and teachers from the school across the road, and also people living in the nearby apartments. The food is just standard vegetarian fare—nothing too experimental. We use the same kind of spices and ingredients you’d find in any local home. The seating area is basic but clean. We don’t have air conditioning or fancy waiters. It’s the kind of place where you just come in, get your food, and enjoy your meal without any fuss. The kitchen can get quite hot in the afternoons, but that’s just part of the job. We try to keep our prices low because we know most of our regulars are looking for an affordable daily meal. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area grow, but we’ve kept our way of doing things pretty much the same. It’s honest food for regular people, and that works for us.
