We are located at number 78 on 30th Cross. It is in the 2nd Stage of Rajajinagar, which is a fairly well-known part of Bangalore. We spend most of our time dealing with construction plans and visiting different building sites. There is always a lot of dust and noise when you are in this business, but that is just part of the daily routine. The office here is where we do all the planning and talk to the guys who do the actual building. We usually have blueprints scattered around and a few samples of bricks or tiles lying in the corners. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we manage to find what we need eventually. Building things takes a lot of patience and a lot of coordination, and we have been at it for a while now. We know the local rules and how things work around Karnataka. People stop by to ask us about their home projects, and we just give them a straight answer about what can actually be done. It is practical work. We do not use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just want the walls to be straight and the roofs to stay up. Some days we are out on the field all day, and other days we are stuck here in Rajajinagar doing boring paperwork. It is a balance that we have gotten used to over time.
