Elitegroups is located at No 137 on 15th Cross in Rameshnagar, Bangalore. Bangalore is known for being a tech hub, but Rameshnagar has its own local feel. Our building is a standard house-style setup that we’ve converted for our needs. We have a few different things going on here under the name Elitegroups. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we have some staff members who aren't related. We’ve been at this address for several years. The 15th Cross can get a bit crowded with parked scooters, but that’s just how Bangalore is. Inside, we have a main working area and a small space where we take breaks. We don’t have a big corporate structure with managers for every little thing. We just talk to each other and decide what needs to be done for the day. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. If someone needs something, they usually just call us or drop by the office. We have a small garden area in the front that we try to keep tidy, but the weeds usually win. It’s a relaxed place. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. Most of our neighbors know us by now and stop to chat sometimes. We usually keep some snacks around for everyone.
