Elite Academy

Started the academy on 3rd A Main Road in Balaji Layout. It's right next to Raghavendra Colony. Vidyaranyapura is a quiet place usually, but we keep busy. We set up at No 11 Srivats. The building isn't huge, but it works for what we do. Most days start early with the gates opening and checking the rooms. Bangalore traffic isn't too bad in this specific corner, luckily. We spend a lot of time organizing things for the students and making sure the lights work. It’s just a few of us here. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and people know where to find us. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything. Just a regular spot where people come to learn. We try to keep things tidy, but with papers and books everywhere, it gets a bit cluttered by noon. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the layout sign. We don’t have a big flashing neon sign. Just a simple nameplate. We like it this way because it feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a big institution. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or take a scooter. It's a practical setup. We handle the paperwork ourselves and deal with the daily chores like everyone else. There's always something to fix or a desk to move, but that's just how it goes when you're running a local academy.
