Our place is over in Peenya Industrial Area, specifically Phase I, 29/A, near Lake Florence. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on, and we’re right in the middle of it. Electronics & Controls Power Systems Pvt Ltd is basically a big workshop where we put together power units and control panels. There's always the sound of tools and machines running in the background. Most of our day is spent looking at wires, testing circuits, and making sure the components are fitting together like they should. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean; there’s always some grease or dust around. We have a small team here who knows their way around a circuit board. The office part is just a few desks near the front where we keep the records. It’s a bit of a maze with all the equipment sitting around. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big project is due, drinking tea and checking connections one last time. Being in Peenya means we deal with a lot of other businesses nearby. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. We just show up, do the technical work, and make sure the systems are running before they leave the floor. It’s straightforward industrial work that keeps the lights on for us and our clients. We keep a spare fan running in the summer because the workshop gets very stuffy with all the machines.
