Our office for Sparr Electronics Ltd. is at No. 43 in the Yms Complex on Hmt Main Road. Mathikere is a busy part of Bangalore, and Hmt Main Road is always buzzing with students, workers, and people just passing through. Being in the Yms Complex means we are part of a multi-story setup with other businesses around us. We spend our time here dealing with electronic components and all the small details that go into that kind of work. It is the kind of job where you have to focus on what’s in front of you. Sometimes the noise from the street downstairs drifts up, but you learn to ignore it after a week or two. The complex itself is easy enough to find once you are on the main road. We have our desks set up and we just go through the daily tasks of testing, assembling, or whatever else is on the schedule. It is a simple setup really. There is no big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a door with our name on it and a bunch of people working inside. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby. It’s a decent area to be in because everything you need is right there. We just keep things running smoothly from our floor. It is a quiet kind of work that requires a lot of patience and steady hands.
