You can find us over at Maruthi Towers on Level 3. The address is 138 Airport Road in Kodihalli. Dexcel Electronics Designs Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days looking at circuits and boards. Since we are on the third floor, we get a bit of a view of the traffic heading toward the airport, which is always moving. The building itself is quite solid and has that corporate-but-not-too-fancy feel. We have a lot of specialized equipment sitting on the benches, and there’s usually a faint smell of solder in the air. It’s not a place for people who like perfectly clean desks because there are always wires and components everywhere. We’ve been in Kodihalli for a while and the commute is okay for most of the staff. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the engineering side of things. Sometimes we stay late because a design isn't working quite right, and the office gets very quiet then. We have a small break area where we eat, usually talking about anything but work. It’s a straightforward environment. We just like building things and solving problems without a lot of unnecessary meetings or fancy talk. It feels like a real workshop in some ways, just with more computers. There is always a lot going on and we try to keep it organized.
