At Ecareer Technologies, we are based right in the heart of JP Nagar’s 1st Phase. Our office is at number 1038 on 13th Cross. It is a very easy place to find because we are located right next to the Bangalore One center and directly across from the Government Hospital. Being in such a busy part of Bangalore means there is never a dull moment. You can always hear the sound of the traffic and the hustle of people going about their business outside. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change around us. The office itself is quite basic. We have our computers, some uncomfortable chairs, and a lot of wires running across the floor. We don't really care much for the polished corporate look that you see in the big tech parks. We are more of a local neighborhood setup. We come in every morning, fight through the Bangalore traffic, and get our work done. Sometimes we go over to the hospital canteen or one of the nearby stalls for a quick bite. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to do a decent job. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are long, but we just keep at it and hope for the best. Bangalore rain sometimes makes the commute a mess, but we still make it in.
