Ebsipl

This branch of Ebsipl is down in Bangalore at 202 A Block, Mantri Tarace. We are right on Bannerghatta Road, which anyone in this city knows is quite the landmark for traffic. We’ve grown used to the sound of the horns outside while we’re inside working. Our space in A Block is where all the technical heavy lifting happens. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on because we need a lot of coffee to keep going. It’s a pretty straightforward setup—desks, chairs, and a lot of power strips. We don't really go in for flashy decor or anything like that. We think it’s more important to just have a reliable place to sit and get the job done. The team here is a mix of people who have been with us for years and a couple of newer faces. We don't do those long, boring staff meetings. Usually, we just catch each other in the hallway or talk over the partitions when a problem comes up. Bangalore is a tech hub, but we try to keep things grounded and not get caught up in all the startup hype. We’re just a regular business doing our part. The security guards at Mantri Tarace know us well by now since we’re often the last ones leaving in the evening. It’s a long day sometimes, but we like the work we do.
