We operate out of a facility in Nagawara, at 16/4 to be exact. It’s a busy spot near the main road. We handle a lot of condiments and spices here. Most of our work involves processing and packing things so they can go out to the retailers in the city. The air in the building is always thick with the smell of turmeric and pepper. It’s a strong scent, but we don't notice it much anymore. We have a good number of workers who come in every shift to keep the packing lines moving. It’s not a super modern factory, but we keep the equipment clean and running as well as we can. We’ve been in Nagawara for some time now and have seen the area grow and change around us. We don't spend a lot on big promotions or advertisements. We just focus on making sure the packets are sealed right and the weight is correct every time. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine jams or a delivery truck is late, and we just have to roll up our sleeves and fix it. It’s a practical business. We don't worry about being the biggest name in the business, we just want to be reliable. We care about the people who work here. Many of them live nearby and have been with us for years. It’s a local operation at heart, even if we send our goods far away.
