Earthware Technologies Bangalore is a bit of an interesting case because while the name says Bangalore, our contact point is actually through C O M N Murty in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. Our workspace in Kakinada is quiet, which is a big change from the usual tech hubs you find in the bigger cities. We spend a lot of our time sitting in front of computer monitors, writing code or looking at data for different projects that come our way. The weather in Kakinada is usually quite hot, so we keep the AC running as much as we can to stay productive. Mr. Murty looks after the daily things that need doing around here. We don't have a lot of physical visitors, as most of our work happens digitally over the internet. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project, and the only sound you hear is the tapping of keyboards and the hum of the cooling fans. It’s a very simple and direct way of working.
