E To E Caterers Pvt Ltd is located out in Yelahanka, right behind the Ramanashree California Resort. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out at events. We handle food for all sorts of gatherings, like weddings, small parties, or corporate lunches. Our team is usually busy preping vegetables, cooking large batches of rice, or loading up the vans. It’s hard work and the hours can be pretty strange, often starting very early in the morning or finishing late at night. The kitchen can get very hot, especially during the summer months. We don't have a fancy office to show off; most of our space is taken up by stoves, refrigerators, and stacks of serving trays. We focus on making sure the food is cooked right and arrives on time. People in the Yelahanka area know us mostly from seeing our vans driving around. We don't use a lot of fancy ingredients or try to make things look like art; we just want the food to taste like home cooking. It’s a practical business run by people who know their way around a kitchen. Sometimes we run out of something and have to make a quick trip to the local market, but we always figure it out.
